Phone System

Most modern telephone systems provide very similar features and functionality. It is our view that if a system is not performing to expectations it is usually due to the supplier/maintainer either not understanding the customers requirements or simply failing to deliver what the salesman promised.

Imex are fundamentally different. We believe that every system we sell should be configured and maintained to perform exactly as expected and promised, not only on delivery but throughout the supportable life of the system. Modifying the system configuration to suit the customers changing business needs is an integral part of our support service.

Our Services

Imex supply, install and maintain business telephone systems for the smallest office through small and medium enterprises to corporate and multi-site installations. Offering digital and pure IP systems to suit every budget we are able to provide solutions to satisfy the most demanding requirement criteria.

A full telecoms survey is carried to establish the exact requirement, which includes an evaluation of existing lines and services. Our proposal will incorporate recommendations on how to make best use of fewer lines in an attempt to reduce recurring charges associated with line rental, etc.

Our service includes line rental and call routing packages designed to reduce the overall cost of voice communications, with rates monitored to ensure that the best value for money is achieved not only at the time of installation, but also into the future.

Once the system is installed we will continue to work with you, ensuring that as your requirements change, the system changes to meet your needs. We will arrange reviews, update you on new features and technologies, and discuss upgrade opportunities – all helping to further protect your investment in the phone system.

Various purchase and rental options are available including outright purchase, lease agreement and managed service contracts which can be tailored to suit your budget and business model.

All installed systems are configured to provide remote access so that programming changes can be carried out quickly and efficiently without the need for a site visit.


All systems are supported and maintained free of charge for the first year. Various second and subsequent year support options are available.

For customers who take our line rental and call routing packages, support and maintenance may be provided free of charge depending on the level of calls provided.

Our managed service option includes full support and maintenance as standard.
